It has a living-dining area with a TV, while the kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. La Maresía is an ideal base for hiking in the beautiful Anaga Mountains. Just 2 km away, the picturesque village of Taganana offers grocery stores, restaurants and wineries. The apartment is 7 km from Las Teresitas Beach and 24 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Buses to Santa Cruz stop right outside the apartment, and airport transfers can be arranged on request.

“A perfect place with soul – ideal base for hiking in Anaga”
Let me be straight right away. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment in one of those overhyped places that cost a fortune, this is probably not it. But if you’re looking for a place with a soul and a story – where you can hear the ocean and imagine the life someone had within these walls – then this is exactly the right place. I’ve stayed in many luxury apartments before, and after two or three years I remember absolutely nothing about them. This place, however, will stay with me for a long time. It was wonderful.

“Best apartment with magic view on the Ocean”
Great comfortable apartment with the best view on the Ocean and beatifull Beach. It Was my second time here and surely I'll be back :) The apartament is very well equiped and managed by very kind Man. Thank you for your care of us. It Was a pleasure to spend time here again. See you :)

“BEAUTIFUL MARESIA”
Location above 1 sand bay, with perfect see for bath, surf and mountains beyond for trekking. Apartment decorated with artistic and very Canarian island style. There are 3 door/windows that let in the light, the air and the sound of the sea, which is very relaxing and atmospheric. Complete with every need. There is also an electric car charging station close to apartment. The host was very friendly and ready to help us for our necessities. Good vibes for all!

“Rather not”
Mice in kitchen area!!! Check-in problem - host's phone number provided in booking didn't respond, Almost all kitchen accessories were need to be reclined before usage, most of them were sticky, rusty or broken, No kettle, Whole place was generally a little bit untidy, but kitchen area condition made us not preparing meals at apartment
