We are staying here this night, but everything feels really authentic. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owner is really warm hearted person. “Peaceful and cozy oasis in the mountains”
It was a pleasure to stay at iskki-asnnfou. Mohammed and his family welcomed us and made us feel at home right away. The place is lovely, an authentic family house in great location, with a view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace that brings peacefulness as you step in it. Food was also amazing, both breakfast and dinner. The best we’be had so far. unfortunately we could stay only one night but we would definitely come back again. Thanks a lot for having us 🙏!

“Truly lovely place”
Easily my favourite place to stay on my trip. The village in the mountains is gorgeous, the shower was the hottest I've had in months, the beds were hugely comfortable and warm, the view from the terrace is just unmatched, and the breakfast was delicious. The whole family is so lovely. Wish I could have stayed longer!

“Tranquility in the mountains”
The host was genuinely helpful , kind and informative. He told us about the Berber culture and supplied use with maps for walking routes through the villages and around the mountains and helped with taxis etc. Beds were comfortable and linen new and clean. We had good meals at the house, so could relax there without going further. It was a peaceful, calm and beautiful place to stay, leaving such nice memories. Thank you.

Friendly stay on the foot of the Tafraoute mountains, one of the prettiest villages during sunset and sunrise. There's a nice terrace where you can eat breakfast and dinner while watching the scenery. You can order a home-cooked dinner from a large menu, I highly recommend trying Rfissa, I also had kefta tangine and pastilla which were good too.

“Stunning views, great hospitality and delicious food.”
This place is a hidden gem nestled into a quiet mountain Village in the Tafraoute area. The food was the best we ate in Morroco and great value. We are still dreaming of the delicious sardine Kefta tagine Mohammed's wife made us! Breakfasts are plentyful, varied and can be enjoyed on the terrace to superb views. Evening meals were available under a starry sky. The only sounds you hear are the donkey, the cockrel and the call to prayer. A serene Morrocan soundscape to fall asleep to. Mohammed and his family are excellent hosts, communication was good and Mohammed made sure our stay was easy and tranquil.

“Relaxed and homely comforts amid beauty in a convenient village outside Tafraoute.”
Mohammed could not be a more hospitable and caring host. He runs a wonderful guesthouse with stunning views in a beautiful village handily located just outside Tafraoute, surrounded by mountains and palms on all sides. The room was comfortable, quiet and characterful. There is delicious, home-cooked food and generous hospitality. Mohammed and his family have perfected the balance of warm welcome and respectful privacy, and speaks excellent French and English. He also went far out of his way to make sure I had information and help whenever it was needed.
