“A good stay, walking distance from Tafraoute. The gorges and painted rocks are worth visiting.”
Breakfast was good - a typical Moroccan breakfast. I am gluten free and there wasn't an alternative to the bread and crepes but I had my own gf bread. We were there during Eid and very few restaurants were open in Tafaroute other than for drinks and omlettes so we ate at Dar Izem - need to pre book as they make a fixed dinner of tagine and fresh fruit for dessert. This was well presented and although the first night was a very standard chicken tagine, the second was a really excellent beef tagine with prunes and sesame seeds - one of the best we've had.

“Nice hotel”
Nice hotel in the boulder landscape; you can hike directly from the hotel. Room was clean. Good breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

had a very nice stay in the middle of giant rocks. The hosts were super freindly and I immediately felt home. I even went with someone to a discover some places around. Would really recommend going there. The interior is also an authentic adventure.

“Cosy and good location”
Location was perfect just outside the town. Rooms were cosy and the air con was great. All a great price too Staff were amazing, particularly Ahmed who we now consider a friend!

Breakfast and evening meals were really good, the location is beautiful peaceful and yet an easy stroll into town. Best of all were the staff particularly Akmed and the lovely cook whose name I did not catch. Thank you, best wishes and hope to see you again.

Staff brilliant. Scenery at location, size of room, authentic riad with well decorated clean rooms. Plentiful breakfast but very simple.
