The house is very large and cosy. The garden is very large, and when the weather is fine, the pool gets plenty of use.

“Great place for a big group”

The villa is huge, easily handled 13 people with 4 bathrooms. Had a nice TV in a living room and 2 kitchens. 10 minutes from the north airport which is a big plus.

Visited end of April 2024. Location was fantastic and the view is great! The property itself is big and in a private area and is ideal for bigger groups or families. Pros: 1. Located in a nice and quiet area with a fantastic view. Temperature is down a few degrees compared to what you'd see on the beach, but in the hot summer months that would be welcome! 2. Has lots of amenities to use: - Barbecue was available to use, just go and buy charcoal from a local shop/supermarket. - Pool was available, but didn't use it because the weather wasn't great on the days we were there. - Sauna is available, but if you want to use it, let the host know in advance (at least 1 day) so they can refuel it. It is 100€ for a day of use. - 3 bathrooms (other side of building under renovation, more in future?) - Microwave and coffee machine available (coffee machine uses those pods, I think nescafe dolce gusto?) - Large fridge and freezer to store food. - Dishwasher (helps if you use a lot of cutlery and dishes!) - Hobs to cook food 3. Host is very communicative and explains everything very well. Accomodated our arrival time (which constantly changed) without issues. 4. There is a pool table (accepts 1€ coins per play). 5. Plenty of parking space (even if you have a few hire cars!) Things to know: 1. There is a refundable deposit of 500€ you need to give the host when you arrive. If all is good with a quick house inspection when you leave, it is returned to you! It is in the fine print on booking, but some people don't read and like to complain. The host will remind you once you book. 2. Sauna is 100€ per day. 3. Owner speaks English and albeit not her native tongue, we could understand each other perfectly! Things I cannot comment on: 1. Didn't use the barbecue or the swimming pool because of weather, so unsure of cleanliness/usability. 2. Didn't use the sauna, so unsure of how good it is. Recommendations: 1. Make the pool table free to use.

“Perfect place before an early flight from the northern airport, within 5 minutes”

I was searching for a quiet place to spend the night before an early flight from the northern airport, without the hassle of driving from the south of the island with my dog at 5 am. It was essential for me to find a location within 5 minutes from the northern airport where pets are allowed and with an ocean view. Also private parking was important and I parked right under the window. I was the only guest at the villa, and I took the room with a view. The guy who met me explained that normally they rent the whole villa at the moment and it fits up to 12 persons. The villa itself is vast, with many rooms, a spacious hall with a fireplace, and a garden. There's a designated smoking area in the garden, under a big tree and near the pool. But the pool is not heated. Before my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an offer to use the sauna and by the time I got there, it was already heated. I had a wonderful sleep after the sauna. I also ordered dinner since everything around was already closed when I arrived. They served a homemade, delicious meal and a glass of wine as a compliment! Better than restaurant! And for the morning, I was offered coffee with cookies. The villa was impeccably clean. While the building itself is historic, the renovations are modern, making everything feel thoughtfully designed. It doesn't have the impersonal feel of a hotel as it described in booking; it really felt like home. Super advantage is the absence of neighboring houses, ensuring complete tranquility. I was fortunate to see a stunning, fiery-red sunset! The views are, without a doubt, breathtaking! I'll definitely return for a few days in the future! Also really nice TV set, all the satellite programs and fast internet which is a must for me recommended 100 percent
