Very disappointing, I have booking confirmation however when we arrived at the hotel no vacant room, the staffs dont know what to do to solve the problem

“It was passable but should be cheaper for what you get.”
I was able to book last minute. The staff were nice and welcoming and helped me with a few queries. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
