the staff are friendly, everytime i go to tacloban i always stay in this hotel. Its accessible to everything. Its also clean what i like the most. they never disappoint me everytime i stay there..

Cleanliness. Courteous staff. Good vibes. Even though Tacloban-feels is so "mamingaw" and dugyot, this hotel makes you want to stay a bit more. Somehow off set the bad vibes outside.

We liked the service, the staff are very friendly and helpful , good room service, the cleaners did a good job in the room , the staff looked after us.. we highly recommend this hotel . and also was not too far from the malls. The restaurant was great also, compliments to the chefs and waiters and waitresses.

The breakfast served is pricey, compared to other nearby hotels, which offer better accommodation. They need to value and upscale the food served to the customers, especially since the Philippines is known for its delicious foods. Hahaha Again, the food is low quality. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi connectivity are poor.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Hotel Lorenza is conveniently located near city's attractions, hospital and shops, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. Overall, my experience at Hotel Lorenza exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, affordable and comfortable stay in Tacloban. Would you mind taking a look at the bathrooms? The transparency of the glass door is quite noticeable, and it raises concerns as it allows activities inside to be visible to other guests.
