The bed was comfortable.But the bathroom is not clean specially the shower curtain got mouldy and the wall in the shower got mouldy.The basin in the bathroom is dirty luckily we only stayed overnight

“From the reception to the room, satisfied.”
Good, need to improve by providing disposable toiletries like shampoo, tootbrush, toothpaste, slippers. Other hotels provides thae above, in that way customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If that happens he can recommend to his friends.

The kitchen was closed after breakfast due to New Year's Eve. It's unacceptable for kitchen to close when guess are staying at hotel. Additional I didn't like the lack of variety on the menu!

“Same old same old we like the hotel and location”
Well because we used Booking.com we did not get free breakfast. I guess in the future we will not use booking.com to book this hotel. Same price with free breakfast if not using bpoking.com is what front desk told us.

“Hotel looks good and clean in reception, however the rooms have seen much better days.”
Location was great and this hotel can run on it’s own back up power supply as there was a power outage on one day of my stay and the hotel was not affected in any way.

It was suitable for an overnight transitory stop passing through Tacloban from the Province of Eastern Samar on the way to the local airport to connect with international flight in Manila. Back up generator covered for a couple of hours power outage
