“My experience in Luxury Suite Hotel. Recommendable”
Cleanliness-I'd like the room with 2 big tv's. I will recommend this hotel to my collegues in Neom. Well-cleaned even during my breakfast in dining area. Food is fine since no guests occupied. Customer service-Hani was very kind with a nice tone of voice. They allow me to come early 9-10 am for check-in. During night time 2am go around in ground floor, the guy cleaning the floor was approachable he assist me and informed the breakfast time will open at 7-10am. Check-out time- Hani the reception called me 30 minutes before 3pm if I will continue or check out. Maintenance- just small issue with the bathroom, water spill on the floor, door is not fixed properly. Thank you so much for the excellent experience. I will love to book here again.
