“Exceptional service by Emadh”
We stayed at Eritaad Hotel during a recent business trip, and I have to say, the experience exceeded all expectations. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-equipped for our work-related needs. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding service provided by Emadh. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for us throughout the stay. Whether it was arranging transport, helping with meeting space requests, or simply being available whenever we had questions, Emadh handled it all with a calm and courteous attitude. Our boss was especially impressed with how seamless and stress-free everything felt — and that’s saying a lot. A big thank you to Emadh and the Eritaad team for making our business trip not only successful but genuinely pleasant. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!
