“Good property, value not so good”
This was disappointing. Rooms are nice size and clean. Beds have some plastic on them that make it really hot when you sleep and you’re in a puddle of sweat when you wake up. Coffee maker in room has 2 different pods, neither fit the machine. Scale in bathroom battery was dead, the bottled water they give you has fluoride it in. Sauna is not working, steam room was not hot. Laundry and breakfast were way over priced. Great property, but not up to par. We paid for 3 night, but because we were a day late, and we stayed a day later, still 3 nights. They charged us for another night. 2 times we were told we didn’t need to pay for another night.

“absolutely amazing”
This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at…….i will not stay anywhere else in Tabuk….the facilities are absolutely fantastic the gym, suana, steam room, indoor pool and outdoor pool are always immaculate and staff friendly and helpful…..the food in the restuarant is amazing!!!! Oriental mixed grill too die for :) the rooms are stunning and super comfortable

Staff was very supportive especially at reception (Ms Zianab), support person (missing his name) for arrival welcome and luggage transfer was very cooperative. Pool attendants were also very good.
