A beautiful upmarket peaceful resort. Lovely spacious rooms spread out around the grounds. Welcoming staff and delicious food at the restaurant.

“Fabulous for a private getaway”

Away from the hustle and bustle of regular Bali. Not much in the immediate vicinity which is exactly what we were hoping for. Gorgeous accommodation, may have been 5 star in its heyday but I would rate it as a 4 1/2 now due to a couple of minor details such as a couple of cracked tiles and a loose door handle (non of which were dangerous or affected my holiday in any way). Tastefully decorated villa. Great restaurant on the property, loved the breakfasts, of which there were a myriad of choices and were part of the package. Staff were top notch, attentive, courteous and efficient. Excellent service from them all. Management have employed well. Property is located on a surf beach, so no swimming, however we had an ocean view villa with its own private pool which was a better option anyway. The only disappointment was that the ocean view from the villa was only visible from the kabana area as the gorgeous tropical plants have grown a bit from when the promotional photos were taken. To be noted - The crashing surf can be heard from the villa and it was only a 20 second walk outside the villa to be able to see the view. Overall we were very impressed with this resort and would highly recommend it.

The service at this hotel truly deserves five stars. The staff were friendly, patient, always smiling, and handled all our requests very professionally. Although the property shows a bit of age, the resort is well-maintained and feels well cared for. The rooms are spacious, and it’s the kind of paradise you could stay in forever without wanting to leave. You can spend the whole day enjoying the pool, watching the sea, or relaxing at the spa. Dinner was amazing — we had some of the best food we’ve ever tasted on our first trip to Bali.

“Tranquil and peaceful with excellent staff and service”

A wonderful and tranquil place to spend a week doing nothing but relaxing. We visited as part of our honeymoon. The staff and service was excellent - we were greeted with some refreshments at reception. On entering the villa we were surprised with a a bath decorated with rose petals and left with a fruit hamper and cake in celebration of our recent wedding. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very nice, albeit a little on the expensive side. The villa was fantastic, nice large pool, very private and filled with the sound of the crashing waves of the sea. There wasn't much around other than a restaurant a 5 min walk away but we knew that already, and is why we picked the place.

“Exceptional!”

Loved every bit of this stay!! Gorgeous property, was the only one walking on the black sand beach. Loved the pool and the restaurant served delicious food and drinks! Also loved the excursions! The staff are lovely and so accomodating.

“Great pool villas”

Beautiful pool villas, designed for privacy and with a lush garden. Some features were a bit tired (e.g. floorboards/ceiling could use fixing), but the cleanliness (sparkling windows!) made up for this. As there are mainly pool villas we didn't see many of the other guests, and it felt a bit quiet at times - but this was a good thing too. Staff were polite and promptly responded to our requests with a smile. Turndown service was a nice touch.

Staff fantastic - genuine 5 star service. Villa really clean and luxurious. Food great, mix of western and Asian. Our 2 daughters never struggled for choice and staff always accommodating. Spa is great.

Location, if suited, is a plus point - i.e. right on the beach and away from the busy areas of Bali. Facilities, without being over the top, were very much adequate! Prices were reasonable, especially the spa.

“Seclusion.”

We loved everything about it. The privacy, the cleanliness, the facilities, the kind and friendly staff. We felt we were away from things, people, and a sense of seclusion. We could actually stop here, relax, and breathe.

I thought the property was beautiful, the room was fantastic and great value for money. The staff were super responsive to all my requests and were lovely.

From start to finish it was a really nice place to holiday. A peaceful location, good to be away from the busyness and crowds of the bigger tourist towns and cities. The staff were all very nice, pleasant and helpful. The villa with pool was better than expected, so private and spacious. The restaurant and other services were great too.
