“An amazing experience and somewhere I now call my second home”

The breakfast was very good, the grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff were exceptional at cleaning, always happy and helpful. The beds are huge and super comfy. The massages by Julia were amazing and fixed my poor sleep. The driver, Nyoman was wonderful, looking after me and great at suggesting things to do and places to see. Nyu, the manager was outstanding at running the place, helpful and kind. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this stay to anyone seeking peace and tranquility in Bali

Local gem! Beautiful garden with grown plants and trees. The room itself is great - mosquito nets and a very spacious and beautifully designed bathroom.

Sanyas is a hidden treasure in kerambitan! Amazing, spacious and extremely clean rooms. Daily room service done which is few and far between. The gardens are fabulous and very well maintained with a breathtaking entry. Perfectly positioned between terraced rice fields and jungle, you won’t be disappointed. The staff at Sanyas are what sets it apart from other stays. Namely Ayu. She is the heart of Sanyas. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made our stay something very special for what we are very grateful. The location is quite remote so ask for Gusti as your driver for the day. He is very affordable and a wealth of knowledge of the area as he lives in the village. There is local food to get or if you order in advance you can have traditional food at Sanyas. Ayu arranged a scooter for us so we were able to explore the area by ourselves which was ideal.

Beautiful, very quiet, lovely gardens and staff is very attentive and lovely. Loved our stay and have booked in for our next stay.

The property itself is beautiful, with private rooms/houses in beautiful Balinese style. The garden is very well maintained. We were the only guests so we had the swimming pool to ourselves. It’s located between stunning rice fields and is perfect for some peace and quiet. Staff were also wonderful and very welcoming.

The resort was in a remote location far from the usual tourist trappings. The accommodation was wonderful. We took our 3 children there who loved the bungalows, pool and remoteness.

Sanyas Retreat is the ideal place to enjoy the quiet side of Bali. The hotel is very confortable with all services including a wonderful swiming pool but it's also very well integrated in its environment.

My kids, my mum and I stayed here and had a fabulous time. If you looking for somewhere peaceful surrounded by jungle and rice paddies this is the place. We stayed in Villa Manggis (known as villa Mangosteen), i recommend this villa. it was a beautiful 'traditionally made' Wooden house. And we had our own private pool which felt very special. We could also use the larger 'general' pool aswell. Breakfast was yummy. The lady who runs the place, Ayu , was so very lovely and friendly and helped us with anything we needed. All the staff were lovely. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Thanks again.
