Very poor customer service Rude person at the reception.not acceptable attitude towards the guests The owner made an effort and gave the option to change the room and resolved the problem eventually.

“The kindest and most helpful staff ever. Very clean, quiet, beautiful garden.”
The staff was incredible. Made up desayuno at 3:45 before our flight. I forgot my AirPods and the receptionist called our taxi driver to get us to turn around to grab them. They were excellent.

They shuttled us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning!! A bit isolated, no ice, breakfast room wasn't functioning. Wifi was a bit wonkie. But, it had hot showers and nice grounds.

“Rude staff and insecure.”
Hotel is close to the airport and that was exactly what we needed as we had an early flight out of Quito the following morning. Nice pizzeria nearby for dinner (unfortunately we had a takeaway due to reasons below) but the dinner was nice.
