Overview
In an altitude of 1,000 metres, the stone-built Mavraganeiko is centrally located in the village of Mesaia Trikala Korinthias. It offers traditional accommodation with a seating area and fireplace, as well as a bar. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Featuring wooden floors and stone details, all units open to 1 or 2 balconies with mountain or Corinthian Gulf views. Each painted in different colours, they include a mini fridge, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Some accommodation types also come with a hot tub, bathrobes and slippers. Guests at Mavraganeiko can start their day with a buffet breakfast, enriched with homemade cakes and local jams. Coffee, wine and drinks are served at the bar, by the fireplace. Traditional taverns can be found at the village’s main square, 50 metres from the property. The ski centre of Zeria is at 11 km. Free, private parking is provided on site.

“Absolutely worth it”
Amazing location and the view from our balcony was exceptional. The room was very clean and cozy too. The staff were very friendly and they made us feel comfortable at all times. We will definitely choose it again if we happen to visit Trikala in the future.

The hotel is a really small diamond in the mountains. The best views are for sure if you book it. The room were very clean and the towels smelled so nice. It was very hot but you could also set up a fireplace for romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was very delicious as well. My best recommendations.

“Charming mountain stay”
What a find - we looked for something in the mountains that was within an hour from the coast (was last minute, so didn’t realise we’d be on almost 1100m). Charming, lovely, quite a special place. Good breakfast, great value for money! Spectacular views and panorama, too

“A beautiful mountain hideout with rustic rooms.”
Something different than the usual beach holidays. This one is situated in the mountains and it is unique in itself. The balcony offers stunning views of wild ride around the corner a great Tavern offered delicious food and wine in a cosy atmosphere. Definitely a place to come back to !

“More than enjoyed our stay!”
I visited with my husband and our 13 year old. We'd been to the location before and knew we loved the peace and quiet it has to offer as well as the great options for day trips in the surrounding area (and of course the amazing food), but it was our first time at the specific property. Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the gorgeous, spacious, and spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds and amenities, to the yummy breakfast buffet, to the lovely staff that was always available, super nice, and more than hospitable. Thank you SO much, we'll definitely be visiting again!

“Ideal for a relaxing autumn break in Trikala Korinthias”
The owner and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great, and we loved having the jacuzzi bath and the fireplace to make our stay comfortable and special. The breakfast in the morning runs until a bit later, which we appreciated. Overall, we would recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful stone building at the center of the Trikala village, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and even the sea! The people working were super friendly and met all our needs and gave us good tips to visit the surrounding area. We had great breakfast which is served in a sunny terrace. We will be back! Thank you
