“Basic but comfortable”

The breakfast was tasty

We have to admit, that we have made the reservation very spontaneously the same date. But when we arrived, it was a big surprise to the hosts. We received a double room and a tripple one for our kids, but two had to sleep on the floor. The bath was shared with the hosts. Due to our late arrival we certainly mentioned that we would not expect dinner to be cooked but would go to a restaurant, unaware of the fact that there was none in the neighbourhood. We would have appreciated if the hosts had asked us one time if we were all right. But nobody showed up. We left the next morning without breakfast, and the pice was reduced to a very fair level, which we appreciated. However, when offering rooms at booking.com hosts should have a basic understanding of what it implies. We are sorry for this review, but it is based on our experiences.

Pleasant enough

“Warm and calm place”

We loved this place! A lot of space in the room and the food was very good! The place is just so peaceful and calm. It has a very homey feeling and the best part are the people living there. Though we could barely understand eachother Sonja (the grandmother) did a lot of effort of talking to us, even learning us some kyrgyz words and telling us about her life. She is amazing!

The breakfast was amazing, very tasty and a lot of choices. Also loved the fact that the whole family was eating together.

Very warm atmosphere. Satina is the best person we met in Kyrgyzstan. She took care of us and offered us local food. Highly recommended!
