I like the cleanliness most. The behaviour of the staff was excellent. The room was excellent. The swimming pool was also charming. The washroom was so clean. The room service was great.The morning breakfast was also great.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the room was not clean at all — it looked poorly maintained and unhygienic. Definitely not recommended.

“The Hotel was worth the value.”
The breakfast was the best I had ever in any hotel at that quality range. We were not provided welcome drinks but I think it was a misunderstanding. The staffs were very helpful and active.

“Excellent customer service.”
Best customer service from this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was spacious and well designed to fit our family of four and our luggage. We asked for some extra items and they were provided without hesitation. We even had hotel staff offer to go to the local shops for us. The customer experience was second to none, excellent. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.

Very helpful staffs, very warm welcoming. Room was very clean, spacious, spundproof, large comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean, good working pressure shower. Room service was excellent, food was nice. Location was perfect for walking distance to all shopping area, easy access to all local transport.
