I loved everything about these hotel Hotel supervisor mr RIDHOY and his partner SIYAM made my holiday even better there service was 10 /10 Thay are allways available and any kind off help needed they were there, had an English breakfast, size of the breakfast was big and it was nice and tasty, haven’t tried the desi breakfast will definitely try on my next visit Mr Ridoy and siyam was so helpful they made sure that my room is allways clean and if I needed anything they were there , the service of these 2 brothers were OUTSTANDING The place is really nice and quiet and very clean only few minutes away from main city, all the activities just minutes away from hotel and there is a balcony with room I spent the most time there really loved it Thanks a lot to me ridoy and siyam for making my holiday even better I am definitely coming back to jatra hotel 5 🌟 all around for me 🥰🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩

“Great place to stay in Sylhet”

This is a great place to stay! It is extremely clean and quiet, and has a good location not too far from the train station. A real oasis of calm. The manager, Hridoy, is extremely helpful and kind. He really went out of his way to help me. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and communication via WhatsApp was good. Since it was located in a residential building, it's a little hard to find. I arrived in the evening and the staff came out to welcome me. Breakfast was basic but good. Location is super, I walked everywhere and could explore, very safe area with interesting shops and most importantly supermarkets. Going to the airport was also no problem, CNG for around 400 taka. The balcony with mosquito net was cool.

Each interaction felt less like a transaction and more like a shared moment of understanding between travelers of the same road. What lingers most is the sense of being quietly accompanied. At no point did I feel alone in the practicalities of travel; unseen hands seemed to steady the path, ensuring that small uncertainties never grew heavy. This hotel does not merely host its guests—it carries them, gently and deliberately, from one day to the next. Long after departure, its presence remains, like a low, reassuring light remembered in the distance.

Very clean, large room and bathroom in a modern building on a quiet street. Good AC and the TV even had international channels. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Communication before arrival on WhatsApp was very efficient and they helped us organise a driver. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. We walked from the hotel into the city centre very easily, solo female would also be able to do so. Highly recommend staying here!

“Great stay in sylhet”

Great stay here with my friend whilst visiting sylhet. The rooms are actually impressively clean, very quiet and come with a super comfortable bed. I would say great value for money. The hotel is within walking distance to many conveniences. The young hotel manager was great and always helped us where needed , a big thank you to him for everything.

The property is not worth the price. The room was very small, the air conditioner leaked water, and the walls were damp. The only positive was the staff’s behavior, which was decent. Overall, considering the condition and service, the place would only be worth staying at if the price were about 40% lower.

“Great place to stay in Sylhet”

Great place in Sylhet, really enjoyed my stay here. Located in a residential area so nice and quiet. The room definitely had a 5 star feel to it and was very clean. You're about a 30min walk or a very cheap rickshaw ride to the main shopping/city centre. A fresh breakfast is provided at whatever time you choose and the man working there knows how to get to all the places of interest. It is around a 20min journey from the airport and around 15min from the bus/train station. Would easily recommend this place to anyone (foreign or local) visiting Sylhet.

All good. Very comfortable bed. Excellent cleaning. White, stain-free sheets. Excellent place to get to know the region. The staff, Momen and Rajon, were always helpful and friendly.
