Its very dated, carpets old, bedding looks old and so on. Its what you pay for. Fantastic value for money. I booked the premium room, that was huge. It served my purpose. Value for money and location.

The staff and management were very attentive and saw to our needs. The room was clean. Everything about hotel star Pacific was perfect. The food was amazing when ordered ala carte . The security personnel were also good in giving us transport every day and evening. Overall very good experience. Would go there again

“Fantastic hotel”
I loved the location most of all. The lobby and rooftop view were very beautiful. Staff were helpful and restaurant food was good, some days superb. Having a 24/7 restaurant on site was an absolute life saver and was really fun to have too, since our schedule was hectic, meal times varied a lot.The breakfast was lovely, a real good variety of food options. I would stay at this hotel again in future. Have recommended to family and friends and they have said my photos of the hotel are far superior to any other hotel they've seen in Sylhet. The rooms looked good and showers were great.
