“Excellent”
The hotel is worth the price. Facilities like food, swimming, and staff behavior are excellent. On the first night, there was a miscommunication about the bed size for 2 adults and 2 children, but the management quickly arranged an extra bed at no cost. Special thanks to Mr. Shafi (Manager) and Ms. Priya for their great support and kind behavior. The hotel also gave a gift voucher to my child as Eid Salami, which was a thoughtful gesture. I really appreciated how they treated guests during the festive season. I recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff’s behavior is truly amazing.

“Definitely worth the money we paid for.”
The location was great, we were able to get around very easily. We had our room cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed some pleasant times with family and friends by having dinner in the Turkish restaurant and enjoyed most evenings relaxing on the rooftop near the pool. They even have an onsite cafe.

“Amazing facillities, beautiful pool, helpful staff”
The staff are so friendly, consumate professional and always helpful. The house keeping team, restaurant/kitchen/cafe staff all helpful. Great facilities and great management. All the staff work so hard, and friendly. Amazing scenery from pool view. Beautiful green courtyard and live cooking for grills and nan. The restaurant menu is extensive, covering Turkey, Bengali, Thai, Turkish and English food.
