The award-winning YHA Sydney Harbour boasts spectacular rooftop views of the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour. The hostel is within 10 minutes' walk of Wynyard Station, or if travelling by light rail, the Bridge St stop is also a 10-minute walk from the property. The hostel features private and dormitory rooms, a TV lounge, billiards and a fully equipped communal kitchen. YHA Sydney Harbour is located in the heart of the historic Rocks district, surrounded by heritage buildings, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is 650 metres from the Museum of Contemporary Art and less than 20 minutes' walk from the iconic Bridge Climb, Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Gardens. Hostel facilities include a 24 / 7 reception desk, free WiFi throughout, a well equipped guest kitchen and guest laundry. Each of the air-conditioned rooms have a private bathroom and bed linen is provided. Double rooms include tea / coffee and towels. Shared rooms offer a private locker with a powerpoint. The property comes with solar-powered hot water, rainwater tanks and a unique open-plan design that invites natural light and airflow.

“We only had a one night stay prior to boarding a cruise ship. The top deck gave us a magnificent view of all the lights”
This property was within walking distance to all Sydney’s attractions. The roof top deck was the perfect place to relax,dine and take in the magnificent views of the city.

I loved the location, the rooftop bar was really lovely to sit and watch the harbour. The staff were really lovely. The kitchen is big and has everything you’d need to make food. The dorms were great value for money.

Really enjoyed our stay , great location, comfortable rooms and ensuite. Well set up kitchens available to use and communal areas . Roof top terrace is excellent.Buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful.

“Excellent Value”
As a couple in our 60ies Location was fantastic, we could walk to Circular Quay, Opera House, Sydney Harbour bridge & Train station at Circular Quay. For people with mobility issues, could pose a problem, would need to use taxi,uber, as stairs from Circular Quay would be a problem. We had a private king Opera house view rm, 2nd floor Great view, comfortable bed Tv, kettle, hairdryer, towels and shampoo,body was supplied. Shared kitchen setup was great Awesome views from rooftop Staff were very helpful
