“Self-promotion with fake reviews”
At the reception, the hotel manager asked me to open my Booking.com reservation on my phone. I followed the instruction, and the manager saw both the reservation number and PIN code. Later, I found that a review had been posted without my consent. The comment was clearly written as if it were from me, but I did not write it.

“YEHS HOTEL SYDNEY HARBOUR SUITES”
We were shifted from YEHS CBD to YEHS Hotel Sydney Harbour suites. We were told that it is an upgrade. But the room condition was pathetic. The location of the Hotel was very Good. Very close to Darling harbour and other attractions. So we agreed to shift our Booking. It was a 2 / 3 star hotel.
