“Beware this is a scam. Do not book.”
This is a complete scam. Do not book here. I booked to stay at the property a month in advance. A few days prior to our stay, the property manager messaged to say the house was water-damaged and we couldn’t stay there. He said we could stay at an alternate house just down the road (76 Yurong Street). The house was dirty, had a terrible sewage smell and there were dead cockroaches on the floor. We stayed here as we had nowhere else to stay at short notice. In the early hours of the morning an estate agent and the police arrived and told us that the house was being illegally sublet by a tenant who had not paid rent. Absolute nightmare of an experience. The property manager is continuing to argue with us and will not refund our money.

Brilliant location in a great neighborhood close to public transport, cafe's/ restaurants, parks and the city Centre. Really good value for money, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private, safe and modern decor.

Everything was super nice, clean and super equipped, whenever I return to Sydney that will be my option. My kids loved it, they didn't want to leave, thank you very much.
