This spacious 2700 sq ft penthouse is at the exclusive residential end of Balmoral Beach. It has four living rooms and two large balconies, with a barbecue on the northern balcony. There is a 40 ft room along the front of the property with spectacular views of the beach, harbour, Sydney Heads and beyond. The Oriana has 3 generous sized bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The Master bedroom has an en suite, the second bedroom has Queen sized beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen with a table.
