Ten days after my stay they have charged my account $20 with no explanation. Elevators permanently not working means 5 flights of a winding staircase.

My stay was fantastic! On level 4, female dorm, I could BARELY hear the street noise on a Saturday night, like I could faintly tell there was a street there but nothing louder than that which I note because it was SO busy on Saturday night including Fifa and basketball festivities. 11:30pm checkin was seamless, staff very friendly. The room and the bed space were SO clean, nothing but a pair of slippers or shoes at each pod. Nothing like a hostel. The capsule space has a shelf and a couple of hooks which was perfect as well as a dbl standard outlet and usb + c, but bring a longer cable if you plan to charge while laying in bed as the point is closer to the pod entrance. There were two shared bathrooms on the floor, with private toilet(s) and shower(s) in each and they were VERY clean, and came with body wash/etc in the showers which was amazing as I forgot my own! Locker comes with your crisp, clean bedding. No locks, which is stated prior to booking, so that was exactly as expected. The night I stayed was unusually hot, but the capsules come with their own fans which actually made a difference over the course of the night. Overall, I've already recommended the Capsule to others and I will definitely stay again! The only thing I'd note for others is the large staircase that spirals up, so if you have difficulty managing your own luggage, this may be something to reach out to staff about prior to booking. But I highly recommend The Capsule, it was so great!! Thank you to all the staff for your hard work keeping the place running so well!

I've stayed here often. It's comfortable and conveniently located for my recurring visits to Sydney

- perfect location minutes from public transport, shops, eateries and attractions - feels safe - they were able to accommodate my request for the perfect room - large easy to use showers (includes hair dryers) and bathrooms - large storage locker - fit my 65 lire pack (bring own lock) - lockable privacy curtain (bring own lock) - heritage building - feels a bit like staying in a museum with fun features to uncover like old tiles and a staircase from another era.

The location of The Capsule Hotel is great, with many attractions and eating places only a short distance away. There is a shopping centre and supermarket just across the road, which is also convenient. Overall, the facilities are clean and well-presented and I found the bed to be very comfortable.

Location is very good, 3-minutes walking to town hall, very convenient. The room is clean, it will be better if the lights are brighter in the room, but the light for my own capsule is good enough at night, not too sharp not to dark.

No power, no electricity, no wi-fi and no lift the whole building was dark for one night and staff where rude complained about why the lift didn't work instead of just telling me a solution and where not pleasnt even after I was being nice to them.
