The location is great and the room and facilities are beautiful. But the noise levels are horrendous. The private rooms are right next to a bar with thumping music that plays until 11pm. I understand that backpackers will have some noise and activities, but this was a loud party music on the other side of the wall. It's an incredibly poor design. Only stay here if you want to party.

The place was newly renovated and clean. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is also excellent. Once quiet time began (11pm) there was no noise. The only sound I noticed all night was a siren. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location - close to beach, town and ferry. The free breakfast was so good!! Kitchen was clean Social friendly relaxed vibe- easy to meet people as a solo traveller. The events were good - yoga was great. The Geordie receptionist was super friendly. Cinema room was really nice
