“A tired old hotel that is being poorly treated by its owner.”
A very tired property that is being run down ahead of another sale or renovation. Meanwhile, as the owners spend as little as they can while deciding what to do, their guests suffer.

Loved our last stay and appreciated effort made by staff but disappointed to find a bottle of red as part of our romance package was marked fir another couple - somewhat took the edge off what would have otherwise been a perfect stay. Wishing everyone well in their next career opportunities.

“A great convenient hotel sorry to see it go”
I booked my one-night stay as the hotel will be closing at the end of the month and I wanted to experience it one last time as it was so convenient if attending an event at the Sydney Opera House nearby, which is literally only a 10 minute walk away max. The staff were super friendly and attentive and I hope they get to continue in their hospitality roles after yhe hotel closes otherwise they wil be a loss to the service industry . A lot of history and elegant feel to the hotel

“Very poor value for money”
It’s in Poor condition as it’s closing in two weeks & there appears to be little care I was not aware of at the time of booking had I been I would have changed my booking However bookings .com took my money one full month prior to the due date to take it & I did not believe I would get my money back quick enough to use it on another booking
