Just 150 metres from Manly Beach, this guest house offers free WiFi and a lounge area with comfortable sofas and cable TV. All rooms have a wardrobe and towels and bed linen are provided. Sandy Bottoms Guesthouse is just 5 minutes’ walk from restaurants, shops and bars along Manly Corso. It is a 10-minute walk to Manly Wharf and from there, a 35-minute ride to Circular Quay. There is a spacious shared kitchen and dining area where you can self-cater. Alternatively, there are several restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes’ walk. All rooms include a fan, heater and a bedside table. Each room offers access to shared bathroom facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was convenient, quiet, had everything I needed and was close to the beach. I had a very restful sleep and peaceful stay. I would definitely stay again!

Whilst the place was very basic, the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was super comfy and had a great night sleep. Great location, short walk to everything and reasonably quiet considering next to service station. Was perfect for the one night instead of paying for Uber home (cost about the same)

Amazing location, just off the beach! We loved this. Shared facilities are clean and comfortable, kitchen was always very clean. Room is nice, TV and mini fridge.
