I requested an early check in on my booking. When I arrived at the hotel from the airport, the room wasn't ready and I was told that I would need to wait for 1 hour, which was fine, although when the hour passed, I was then told that I had to pay $30 for an early check in. It was not mentioned to me prior. It was also only 45 mins earlier than a normal check in time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment we walked in. We were greeted by wonderful staff (especially the kind hearted Nepalese male receptionist/manager who loves dogs!). Can not thank him enough for the kindness he showed us. Room was clean and big, with a bath tub; buffet breakfast was great; everything was close by within walking distance. Every staff member we came accross, was polite and helpful. We will definitely go back soon.

“Best hotel in Sydney”
I have stayed here many times and I always love this hotel. Breakfast 🥞 is so good and I got a city view room this time which I loved. I also landed in Sydney when Vivid was on so got to see Vivid which was so beautiful ❤️
