Great location for visiting Sydney, Easy to access when travelling from the north by car. Metro Station 5 minute walk for easy access to city centre or Macquarie shopping centre.

Napalese man on night duty on Monday night has not attended me very well. He was rude same time I professional with his work also did not tell me which floor am on just handed my room card and moved on

The toilet was much too low. They gave us two single beds but the door didn't open because of the bed nearest the door. I had to place it at a 45 degree angle to open and close the door. We drink real coffee but there was no plunger coffee maker. There was no salt and pepper just sugar and artificial sweeteners. When I asked why the toilet was so low and we had difficulties getting down and up, I was advised to use the toilets in the foyer. At 80 and 81 getting up and going down from level 4 during the night was absurd. They offered an upgrade the following day. However the reason we were in Sydney was for my wife's 80 birthday lunch etc. we left approx 12pm and spent the rest of the day with our family and friends. When we returned we could not get back into the room. The front desk had given us an upgrade and our passkey no longer worked. They did not advise us but we only found out when we were locked out of the room. Because we were exhausted from our day I requested entry back into our room so that my wife could lay down and relax. Altogether a very unhappy experience. The staff tried their best but a dreadful dreadful stay. I will never stay at a Quest hotel again. We were hoping to book another 2 nights in June. But the experience has left my wife traumatized, so we will not be attending a very crucial family event. Regards Edwin
