“not recommended”
I booked this place on behalf of my guests to stay, paid in full with a receipt received from booking.com, upon arrival my guest were advised that the booking was not completed nor paid for and denied entry originally. This left them very distressed- I rang, emailed and initiated so many attempts to gain contact with staff and after three days of unsuccessful attempts the only way I spoke to the manager was by requesting my guest to physically go downstairs and handover her mobile to the manager. While they allowed my guest to stay in the end while they sorted out a clerical error on their end it was not an ideal form of customer service.
