“Fantastic location, modern hotel and spacious rooms”
Location is absolutely fantastic; close to many bars and restaurants and a short walk around Mrs Macquarie's Chair, which was great at sunrise. I was upgraded to a loft room on arrival - very spacious! Lolly bar was a unique touch in the lobby and in room sound system was amazing. The staff were pleasant and the coffee shop right out the front knows how to make a good coffee.

“Great place to stay if you want a few days in Sydney CBD.”
Ease of check in was a big plus and staff were professional and friendly and helped us to the room. Great view across to the naval base the hotel facilities were very good, breakfast was available in the cafe and it was lovely. The room was quirky in a good way and comfortable.

check-in staff were friendly & efficient but nobody helped us bring in our luggage from the street as usually has happened on arrival in our previous stays at Ovolo. the breakfast staff were excellent and Matt makes superb coffee. the lady on recption --- sorry I gorget her name [Jah????] was very kind and helped us get our luggage to the car. she was excellent

Disappointed in every way. I came here to rest, but there was unadvised construction happening from the early morning, it was crazy. It made it impossible to relax and enjoy my stay. The coffee machine wasn’t working, and the sofa bed for my son wasn’t prepared upon arrival. Overall, it felt like the staff were doing me a favour rather than providing proper service. Honestly, I’ve stayed in many Ovolo properties before, and this one was disappointing on every level
