Great location, close to transport, restaurants and shops. Was on the 20th floor. Clean, comfortable. Liked that it had a cook top if you wanted to cook.

“Best bang for the buck in downtown Sydney with all the comforts of home”
Location is near Chinatown and a few blocks from the tram and trains in whatever directions you need to go. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment and it was huge, clean and they had tea and coffee with sugar and milk in the kitchen for us. We didn't have maid service while we were there, but the trash shoot was around the corner from our apartment and the front desk helped us multiple times to make sure we were stocked up. We truly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the outstanding customer service throughout our visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which made a very positive impression on our family. Chute was a superstar and shared events going on in town, checked in on us and loaned us some plug adapaters. The apartment was huge with three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a main living area with a large screen TV with tons of on-line options and the Wi-Fi worked ok in the main area but not as good in the furthest bedrooms. One of the best showers for strength, but the temps flucuated sporadically from cooler to scalding so be careful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional service. With some attention to the outdoor facilities and accessibility features, this would be an even better experience for future guests.
