“POOR COMMUNICATION”
I like that it was a Bathtub shower on this occasion because some rooms don't have bunded showers and makes the whole bathroom wet.

The room was nice and clean. The lights were abit dull. The bed was comfortable but two beds were added thats why it feel abit uncomfortable.

Having stayed at Mantra Parramatta several times before we knew what to expect. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Dinning area for breakfast and easy walk to shopping centre and railway station.

Seems like the property isn’t being upkept. The bathroom is getting rusted and mouldy. Room service does not happen it seems. We stayed for three night and two days and both days no room service even though we had the enter room signage at the door. During checkout everyone was waiting for receptionist.. who seemed no where to be found. Overall 2.5/5
