Room booked was double bunks with an ensuite. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. There were insect screens on the bedroom window but not on the bathroom/kitchen ones. Given most of the people staying here appeared to be in their 20-30s, it was very quiet in the evenings. It is also a block off the main road and 10min walk from main shopping area and 5min from the beach.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and cost. The beach was just a short walk away, ferry to the city within walking distance, coffee, BP petrol station, take away food and small grocery shop on the corner a few metres away. Did not need to use the car at all once parked.

Lovely location, Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Many of the other residents were friendly and fun to talk to, plus it’s very close to a beautiful beach and 40 min ferry ride to the city. Secure lockers for personal items and locks for the door, felt very safe.

The stay at the Bunkhouse was very nice and I felt very comfortable! The communication in advance also worked great. The team is very helpful and friendly. The hostel is very social and you quickly get to know people from all over the world. The hostel is very centrally located and you can quickly get to the wharf, the nearest shopping mall or another beach by bus. I highly recommend the hostel! Many thanks to the entire Bunkhouse team for a nice and relaxing stay!
