They were so accommodating & helpful with what I needed during my stay. The view was spectacular, the buffet breakfast was delicious, the staff were very helpful both on the phone & in person

“View was the only thing excrptional, room was much smaller than expected.”
Partly cold buffet breakfast, $5 more when paying on the same morning which on 2 ocassions when asking about breakfast with staff i was not advised. After finding out a staff member joked "this is how we make more money from customers".

Booked the accomodation for my daughter. She had some issues with other guests who were rude to me. Told the bar staff and the managers were concerned with my experience and actually came and talked to me to calm me down. They showed real care!
