Absolutely loved everything from staff to rooms to decor of the hotel was amazing. The location 10/10 - breakfast 10/10 We stayed 2 nights and loved it . Perfect location if you’re going on a cruise.

Although there was not much of a view from the window, the location of the hotel in The Rocks is excellent, being only 5 minutes walk from Circular Quay. The room was spacious and the ensuite had just been renovated, though I understand not all have been throughout the hotel just yet. The included breakfast choice was excellent. Very nice reception area with bar, lounge and library.

“Perfect spot within the Rocks for business and pleasure activities, hospitality could be polished.”
The bed was very comfortable, the room smaller than previous stays. Initial reception contact was excellent from I think a French gentleman. All other reception communication was not at all friendly or engaging - refused to look up from screens when we passed by, going out or coming back.
