“Would of been good if we had the correct apartment and the maintenance issues happen on arrival.”
I booked an apartment mainly for its view, but shortly before arrival it became unavailable due to maintenance and I was moved to a lower-level apartment without a comparable view. The replacement apartment had several issues: the air conditioner did not work on the first night because it had been switched off at the fuse box, the Wi‑Fi was not functioning, and a supplied lamp could not be used due to an international plug. Although maintenance attended, the lamp issue was not resolved. We also had an uncomfortable interaction in the car park with a man who questioned which floor we were going to and said we were on the wrong floor. While I understand maintenance issues can arise, the replacement accommodation was not equivalent to what I booked, and the unresolved problems affected the comfort and usability of the property. I was offered a $100 refund contingent on this review, with the offer stated to be subject to withdrawal if they disagreed with information provided to future guests. Given the downgrade and the unresolved issues with essential amenities, I am seeking compensation that reflects the difference between the apartment booked and the one provided, as well as the loss of air conditioning and Wi‑Fi. I would appreciate a review of this matter and a revised compensation offer.

“Amazing stay for Events at the Olympic Park”
Lots of room, was a full apartment with all full features which was great especially for the price. Location was great. Super close to the Olympic facilities. 5 minute walk to the Quay Centre. Great WiFi included. Fully supplied kitchen with utensils, dishes and cutlery. Basic food supplies as well like sugar, tea, salt etc.

I loved how close it was to walking paths and mangroves. IGA just across the road and we have a lovely breakfast at Mellow Me. Easy walk to Ribs and Rumps for dinner and Abbatior Blues for Lunch. Also not too far to walk to Accor.
