All the staff, particularly the manager were excellent, welcoming, pleasant , personable and responsive to all requests. The staff were the real stand out.

“Great location, food options, quiet and comfortable”
The location was great being half way between central and the scg with a manageable walk for the kids. The communal kitchen and free water, cereal and juices was a lovely touch. Heaps of food options and a bottlo right outside the hotel. Also very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. Staff were great too at check in and at the bar.

“Very good experience.”
The space, comfort, convenience were better than expected. It was also surprisingly quiet and more child friendly than expected. Kitchen was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Comfy but needs maintenance desperately!”
Comfy bed, close to show venue at Entertainment Quarter. Staff friendly on arrival. Breakfast included but only cereal & juice. Toaster in shared kitchen but no bread.

The location is good, very convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, that brings us to the nearest station
