We stayed for 23 nights in February 2026. We enjoyed our stay at the property and at Balmoral. The location is superb, just 38 steps down to the beach and a short stroll to the esplanade, shops, and buses, which are brilliant. The property, which is a 'granny flat' attached to the main house (indicated by red line in photo attached) is well maintained, contemporary decor, the bed is comfortable. There is a small kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave setting, fridge (no freezer compartment), dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is good. The public transport is fantastic with the Bee Line bus only 15 minutes to Sydney, local buses to Mosman and Ferry to Central Quay. Uber taxis are also very reasonable. Local shopping at Mosman is great. The swimming off the beach is wonderful with no shark netting (no sharks!) Attached is a photo of 700 kids in the Balmoral swimming club on the beach every Sunday 08:00 to 10:00am. A fantastic sight! Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Ideal location with incredible views. Great place to relax and get away from it all. Private access to the beach was a bonus and the apartment had the perfect vantage point to watch the spectacular sunrise.

The view was exceptional! There was a lovely lawn area with chairs to enjoy the view. Direct private beach access to beautiful safe swimming area. Warm outdoor shower for after swims. Small but fully equipped apartment was very comfortable!
