“Disappointing”
Lacked basic amenities – no coffee machine, no slippers, no complimentary water. Robe was stained. Our room was opposite the staff entrance and every time they used it it rattled our door so badly you thought someone was trying to open it from the corridor.

Views from room are fabulous, if you are above 11th floor. Decor is stylish. Elevators run fast and are never clogged up.

“Stylish, welcoming, and full of character — one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve had in Sydney.”
Staying at Ace Hotel had been on my bucket list for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The hotel itself is very stylish and trendy, but what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff. Even though they seemed very busy, the reception staff were always kind and welcoming. I especially appreciated the staff member who kindly checked the stock room twice to help me look for my jumper. Thank you again for your help. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The food and drinks were also really nice — particularly breakfast at Loam. The French toast was amazing and I will miss it very soon. The waiting staff also seated us at a lovely corner table where we could enjoy the atmosphere of the whole floor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again someday.

Ace has great interiors and a cozy vibe from the rooms to the lobby, and onsite restaurants. A great location for travelling to Sydney cbd for work or pleasure
