The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They waived the parking fees after discussing the reason for our stay. And informed us that parking is normally free if you book direct rather than through booking.com

*have to pay for parking, when you are already paying for stay here? *not great parking around this area as it's opposite hospitals *very noisy rooms as the corridors echo with every door closing, people talking in the corridors or accessing their rooms

The room was larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. The aircon I couldn't work out the right temperature but it was okay.
