Had a hard time opening door. older hotel not maintained. beds were not comfortable, harbourview side exterior hallway was lit up with strong light that came into the hotel room, and drapes did not keep light out.

We were never able to get the TV working. Had 3 different staff up to try to fix it. All appliances were unplugged when we first arrived.
