“Perfect cozy stay!”

Very comfortable and beautiful home with just the right amount of ambient lighting. Welcoming hosts and everything needed for a week long stay was available. Perfect location, away from the bustle of cities but also close enough to Köln, Euskirchen and Phantasialand!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The cleanliness of the place was absolutely impeccable — everything was spotless and felt so well taken care of. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little attentions for the kids, which made the experience extra special for the whole family. On top of that, all the necessary amenities were readily available, making our stay completely comfortable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for more and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! We will be definitely coming back whenever we travel to the region again.

It's was wonderful , all is perfect

Superb accomodation. Beautiful and comfortable house with all the small little details considered beyond function. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom (we didn't use much but nice for all to know). Heating was good in winter. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Plenty of towels, night and ambient lighting. The kids loved their room! Nice living room.

an absolutely wonderful accommodation, I felt at home and even more. the host is a person very attentive to details, who made his house available, filled our fridge and gave us a tour of the house when we arrived. Unfortunately, I didn't stay long, but I warmly recommend this location.

“Home from home.”

We stayed for two nights during a European road trip visiting Phantasialand Theme Park. It was perfect for our family needs. Plenty space, beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything there you could possibly need. Just like home from home. Hosts lovely and very accommodating. We could all have happily stayed longer and without a doubt would book again. Lovely welcome snacks, water, juice and milk which was amazing as we arrived late in the evening after the shops closed.

“Perfect apartment for visiting Phantasialand”

A truly excellent apartment. It was very spacious for four adults, with a very well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to self-cater. Alex and Natascha were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. We stayed two nights either side of a visit to Phantasialand and we wish we'd stayed longer as the apartment was so cosy and warm, even when the weather outside was freezing!

“Lovely stay in a wonderful and cosy place.”

The size of each room was wonderful, from the kitchen to the living room to each room. The kitchen is fully (really fully) equipped, from the automatic coffee machine with grains to various electric and not electric equipment. Really ready for anything. Kids also enjoyed the table games and other toys put at disposal in the living room. It is really cosy and we may have loved to stay more! Really the best choice if you are visiting the region.

“Cosy and comfortable house”

We had a great stay at Landhaus. After a day at Phantasialand we were warmly welcomed by our host. The house is super cosy and the beds and bathroom are very comfortable.

The breakfast was more of a break-feast! Amazing how much effort was put into it! Different types of charcuterie, cheese, cucumbers, radish, fruit salad, coffee, tea, fruit yoghurt, ... too much to sum it all up!

We have stayed here a number of times now as it is fabulous; it is always spotless, and with a personalised greeting sign! It feels so comfortable and welcoming. I only score it as "meeting expectations" because I've been before - otherwise I would say it exceeds expectation.
