“Loved this stay!”

What a gem! Really enjoyed spending the night in this castle. The grounds are picturesque. Room was comfortable, with good WiFi, airconditioning and a nice shower. The check-in system is completely automated with a key box and a code. This worked well. We opted for breakfast. There was a nice selection of hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Friendly staff. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burg Heimerzheim. Although it is described as a water castle, it felt more like a beautiful historic estate with a unique charm and elegant atmosphere. We arrived after the office had closed, but the self-check-in process was very easy. The key retrieval machine outside the office worked perfectly and made our late arrival completely stress-free. Our rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with a modern, high-end design. Everything felt classy and well-maintained. Most importantly, everyone in our group slept very well and felt rested for our early departure the next morning. Unfortunately, we had to leave early to catch a train to the Netherlands, so we didn’t have the opportunity to fully explore the property and grounds. We were genuinely disappointed not to have more time there. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay at Burg Heimerzheim again in the future. Next time, we hope to stay longer and enjoy more of what the property has to offer.

Great location, near Phantasialand and the castles of the Rhine valley. Impressive venue when you reach the castle. Rooms are spacious, very well finished and clean. Very good breakfast variety. Easy checkin/checkout.

We loved it!!

The room was very clean and seemed almost new. The location was very pretty and easy to park at because of the large parking space. The checkin goes trough a machine so checking in at our own times was possible which made it very comfortable since there was traffic on our way to the hotel.

Beautiful buildings, renovated to a high standard with quality furnishings. The lounge was like being at home, we sat, had a drink and played cards in the evening.

The location and the apartment. Clean with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Personally, the pillows on the bed could have been a bit thicker and bigger.

The scrambled eggs and bread rolls were great, the whole breakfast was great The room was lovely, modern and we really liked the lighting. Check in easy

Very nice place to stay. Had a good rest. And the proximity to Phantasialand was very nice.

The place is lovely, it’s worth staying at least once. The breakfast was great! Check-in is done in a machine in a couple of minutes.

You get to stay within a castle, so you are surrounded by pretty architecture. Nice natural surroundings. Especially nice breakfast. Has private parking - it's not within the hotel building and it's not physically secured, but it is just steps away, and hidden from the road, and the area inspires confidence. Wasn't much money.

Set in the grounds of a moat hotel in a wonderful quiet location. We had a room in what I would guess were former stables. Small, very modern and extremely clean and functional. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

No staff around
