Fantastic localization - near to beach Baltic Sea and brine graduation towers. Area is calm and silent. Kind and friendly crew. Easy check-in/check-off. Room was comfy with all needs facilities. Amazing breakfast - plenty options (fishes, sweet-salty snacks, delicious coffe, different teas, cakes, fresh sesonals fruits/vegetables etc.). Stable and fast Wi-Fi. It was my next stay here and like always was great! <3 I honestly recommended! :-)

Perfect localization only 450 m to the Baltic Sea. Easy check-in/check-out. Kindly, smile and help crew. Room with balcony was clean, silent with all needs facilities. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. Amazing and rich breakfast everyone finds something delicious. It ws my 3rd time in Rezydencja Familia and not last for sure. Honestly recommended! Thank you. :-)

“Pleasant and relaxing”
The little dog of the owner. Beach-super-close-by location. The balcony with generous space with modular sofas and tables. Accessible from Germany by Deutschland ticket.

It was my second time in this hotel and like always it was amazing time. Friendly and kind personnel. Room silent and comfy with all needs facilities. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Divine breakfast with rich choice - everyone find something delicious (sweet/salty snacks, fishes, mamy types salads, cakes etc.)! Hotel is localizate pefrect - close to the sea and brine graduation tower. Bonus: walk to Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Thank you for hospitality and see you soon! :-) <3

Fantastic localize - close to brine graduation tower and beach (ca. 800 m) and good posibility to walk to Ahlbeck. Room was clean, comfy with all needs facilities. Plus for balcoon and calm area (plenty trees). One "noise" it is singing birds what was great start of the day. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Divine breakfast with reach choice (vege, salty/sweet snacks, fish, fresh fruits/vegetables, fruits, coffe, tea, hot chocolate, salats etc.). Friendly and helpful personnel. That's all made my weekend in Swinoujscie unforgotable and relaxing. I honestly recommended all! :-)

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Comfortable room. The best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced - a high level of attention to detail means that there is truly something for everyone, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious.

“Basic quiet lodging near the beach in Świnoujście for not very demanding guests”
Booked the stay for my parents who simply wanted to relax in area close to the beach and maintain basic comfort level. They liked the location and area around property - fresh, green, quiet. They also shared positive feedback about breakfast - all needed food was there, staff cared about food being enough for all. Overall they liked the breakfast

“Nice place to stay for a beach vacation.”
The breakfast was a rich selection for a wide variety of tastes. All was self service. Quiet side street as long as adjacent hotel building is not yet finished. Beach within 600 m walking distance. Bicycle rental near.

The staff were very helpful and phoned me when it was getting near to their check-in desk's closing time on my day of arrival. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
