We stopped here for the night. The main floor room was great, especially the patio door which made loading and unloading all our luggage so much easier. The room was clean, had all the amenities and the staff were all very helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Despite receiving two confirmations of our stay from Comfort Inn, one by email and one verbally by phone, they cancelled our stay which left us scrambling to make other arrangements in a different city as Swift Current was booked up. Both Booking. Com and the hotel screwed up.

“Our room was a perfect location to retire to after a long day of square dancing with friends!”
Breakfast was above the average for "breakfast included" stays! Coffee was very good. Staff were quick to respond to items needing attention.

“Unacceptable”
When we booked before the trip didn’t realize no elevator so when we found we had a second floor room we asked to maybe change to lower floor because of mobility issues and were told no. Very rude check in person Would have left if we would get our money back

“Don't do it!!”
The staff member who checked us in was fabulous. The staff member who checked us out was not . As I explained about how awful the room was she said nothing and just looked more and more annoyed. Not even an apology....nothing!

“We were looking for a safe and warm place during awful weather when we traveled.”
We asked for a room at ground floor and we've got it. The room has a door to patio. It was comfortable to bring our stuff into the room and upload it to our vehicle. There is 24 fresh coffee.

“Close to amenties and the mall. Family feeling atmosphere”
Breakfast needs to be more variety. Eggs too dry. Not enough meat some times. Bucks appears to be a problem all the time. Sheet unsure whether they're really changed from previous customers as they appeared never been iron out. So cringe abd appeared ugly.
