I don't think the apartment was in that good of a condition - particularly the downstairs apartment. The upstairs apartments seemed better. For example the side of the bath kept falling off, there were dirty marks on the walls, and several of the lights weren't working. It gave us what we needed, but I think the photos looked better. Some people in the neighbouring flat were very noisy during the night which didn't give me the feeling of safety, but the host apparently dealt with this issue after several hours of this continuing. Thankfully those in our group who slept in rooms and not in the living room areas weren't disturbed. She gave us parking for free (although the parking lot was mostly empty anyway). The parking is certainly convenient. I would have appreciated more information regarding the safety of the building / what to do in an emergency.

Nice property for vacation. Cozy, clean and comfortable for having good time. Easy instructions for entering in the property, staff were communicative and helpfull. Also it's so good that owners aren't asking for wierd deposit 😊 Thank you for good experience. Acomodation matches its price ❤️

“Comfortable stay”
Very nice entrance to the building, gated and enlighted parking near the house for 15 zl per night. Biedronka nearby, comfortable beds, stylish old bricks wall.

“Good and quiet place to stay near Katowice”
Spacious apartment with your own bathroom. Kitchen has all the necessary stuff: microwave, kettle, stove, fridge. Cosy atmosphere. Good detailed instructions from the owners how to get to the apartment. Biedronka is just on the opposite side of the street. Good communication with Katowice (bus, tram - 30 min. to the railway station, Rynek). Very quiet surroundings.
