“Comfortable stay”
The room is amazingly well decorated and catered all the needs one can imagine. Mr Awais is very attentive to every request. The Hotel is kind enough to modify my booking as due to a day earlier departure

“When I reached the destination, hotel manager said: "There are no rooms available." Poor experience.”
When I reached the destination, hotel manager said that there are no rooms available. I showed him the confirmation message from booking.com but they said they have not received any confirmation plus they do not have any rooms. Please consider it as a complaint and look into this issue. Thanks

I stayed there for 3 nights and totally loved my stay. Rooms were very clean and furnished with good heating and hot water 24 hrs. I had a problem with Wi-Fi but the staff came and they made every effort to resolve the problem especially Umer Hayat who is a manager he came personally and made sure that issue is resolved. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my best experience.
