“Worst experience”
The hotel have no right access to the rooms. Caretakers used roof of the hotel and then open stairs (covered with hard snow and too much slippery). Also there's no proper heaters. We checked out just after 1 hour of check in and paid the full rent.

It's located before malam Jabba. It has huge green lawn for sitting relaxing with beautiful views. Meal is freshly cooked in its kitchen. It has big parking space.

Our experience at the hotel was overall very positive. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff specially Mr. Aftab were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request, making our stay even more comfortable. The food served was delicious, with a variety of options that suited our tastes. A highlight was definitely the view from our room, which was absolutely amazing—truly a stunning sight to wake up to each day. While the cold temperature was a bit of a hiccup, it didn’t detract too much from the experience. We still had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The hotel is much better it looks on pictures. The location is ideal halfway to Malam Jabba. You can stay there and travel to Malam Jabba in morning. Very good location and landscape for pictures. Staff is very nice and provided us with everything we needed. Best hotel with best services at this price point!

Location of hotel is great. Peaceful place with stunning views. A perfect family place. Owner Mr Sajid was very cooperative and Cook Aftab made delicious food as per order. We stayed there with family.

“A warm welcome from the hosts but the pr0perty is in need of completion”
The owner and his 2 sons who live on-site were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was one of the biggest I've seen. The room rates were also quite low.
