It’s a nice, peaceful place next to the seaside. You could hear the sound of the waves, if you love the sea then Sea View Bliss is the place to go to.

Liked the bar/braai area. Very comfortable and has a nice atmosphere, also on the balcony there's a bench from where you can get the fresh sea breeze. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are nice, liked that there was an option for a bath.

After making the booking where a deposit was not required, the caretaker/receptionist called for a deposit. We paid. A week after the 50% deposit, we received a message that the owner, Jaco Carstens has died. And the deposit was on a personal account. The day before check in we were told the Estate lawyers has rendered a decree for the place not to operate any longer and no offer of refund. Instead we were taken to a dirty private apartment with 3 instead of 4 bedrooms we had booked, broken door locks and without air conditioning or towels in the bathrooms.

“Got scammed, the lady was very rude and passed me some racism remarks.”

Those people are scammers, they send you nice pictures then ask for a direct deposit payment from there they give a completely different accommodation at a location with dirty old furniture with twin beds. If you ask for a refund since they gave what you didn’t agree they tell you it’s a take it or leave it with no refund. And they are not even ashamed of telling you that you are wasting their time. We really had a bad experience.

My bank card was stolen from my room at this hotel, and they started withdrawing money when I boarded the plane. The hotel owner personally called me a taxi; she knew my departure time.
